54TH ANNUAL SEMINAR ON GLASS

16/10/2015-17/10/2015

This year’s theme, Pyrex and Material Culture, complements the Museum’s exhibit: America’s Favorite Dish: Celebrating a Century of Pyrex. The exhibit focuses on personal connections to Pyrex, advertising and its role in the popularization of Pyrex, designing for the mid-century home, and the role of women and home economics. All of these offer lenses that contribute to understanding Pyrex and material culture.?
