In response to the success of last year’s inaugural venture, the preceding day (Wednesday 4th June) will see another ‘Training day - Combustion of Fuels in Furnaces’:

The objective is to provide an introduction into the fundamentals of fuels, combustion control and energy efficiency - from a practical and modern perspective.

The speakers are renowned experts in combustion, regenerator and combustion system design.

It should be of interest to anyone involved in the design and operation of glass furnaces.

And, as with ‘Furnace Solutions 9’ an international audience is expected.
The fees (including buffet lunches and refreshments) are:

- TRAINING DAY: £60 (SGT members) or £110 (non-members)
